My products are made to order to your requirements (unless marked as ready to dispatch). As soon as its ready and wrapped up I will email you to let you know its on the way. It will then be collected by our trusted Parcelforce couriers who will email/text you tracking info, delivery date and time slot. â€‹

Specific lead times are as listed in item descriptions

Non Combustible Mantels (10-15 working days)

Oak Mantels, stock items marked as 'ready to go' and samples (3-5 working days)

Rope swings & Furniture (7-10 working days)

Delivery may be sooner or a few days later depending my work load.

For all worldwide and non UK mainland including NI, Scottish highlands, offshore islands etc please email me your delivery address along with your desired items and I will get back to you with a accurate delivery quote for your consideration.

All items are very well protected for shipping and are covered by comprehensive insurance for the very unlikely event of damage during transit. All items should be checked on receiving and in the very unlikely event of damage in transit sign for the goods as 'damaged on arrival' then contact me straight away. I am always here to help so just get in touch should you have any issues.

I can accept debit/credit card, Paypal, Apple pay or bank transfer as payment.

 I understand that customers personal info is very important and should be kept safe, so I have a secured SSL payment system installed to cover our entire website. All customer details and payment info is securely encrypted for maximum protection. Rest assured that payments couldn't be safer..

Returns Policy

Returns

 I am happy to accept returns of the standard sizes as listed on website within 30 days from you receiving the item to your address, they must be returned in new unused condition (Including any fixings) and re-wrapped in original packaging or similar. Customers are responsible for any return organising/costs and no original shipping cost (if any) can be refunded.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns for my custom size products made to your specific dimensions, finish or personalisation.

Should you wish to make a return of a standard size item you must email me to make the arrangements within 30 days of receiving your order, I will then email you back to confirm my acceptance and provide the returns address and details for you. Once I have emailed you the return details you must make arrangements to have the item back with me within 14 days in order for me to proceed with the refund. Please use a trackable courier service and email me the details so I have proof that its on the way.

I am unable to arrange exchanges so if you did wish to swap your item then please return the unwanted order and then place a separate order for the new desired item. I am unable to accept returns of custom items that are ordered by mistake to a personal finish, size or other so please make sure that orders are correct in the cart before proceeding with an order. I am also not able to accept returns of items damaged by the customer. in this case contact me asap as I may be able to repair the item for a fee.
