My slim version of the Classic design is 5cm thick and has a shallower depth of 12cm. great above open fires, inset stoves, wood burners or cooker chimney breasts and more.

Cast from dense lightweight reinforced cementitious composite material, super tough and very stable, I have designed this item to be extremely resilient to heat, so much so that every component used is A1 fire rated non combustible.

Supplied with 3-5 supports depending on size. Capable of supporting over 80kgs.All my non combustible shelves come with a section in the mantel rear to accomodate the support bars and washer allowing the shelf to sit nice and snug against the wall.The support bars supplied are suitable for solid walls but can also be fitted to most dot and dab walls or stud work. note that if you have a hollow plasterboard wall then a strengthening batten or blockwork might need to be added behind the plaster/fire board for strength.
The support bars are slightly off centre to the threaded section allowing for small adjustments by tightening .Simple & detailed fitting instructions are provided in the box.
